Following research and initial discussions, GLPG discovered that there was a large demand for care within the sector and our Team began speaking with potential purchasers.
A sale was agreed to an established care home operator in 2019, conditionally upon a successful planning application.
Through a highly collaborative and detailed planning application, planning was granted in Q4 2021 by Broxbournes Planning Committee.
