GLPG assembled a substantial riverfront site in Banbury, Oxfordshire, liaising with various landowners to combine their properties into a wider development site.
The site extends to approx. 4 acres comprising a number of industrial buildings and is located close to the Town Centre.
The proposed plans provide a scheme of c. 180 apartments & commercial space, contributing towards a masterplan of delivering 1,000 homes, improving this part of the Oxford Conservation Area.
