After acquiring the site unconditionally for the vendor, GLPG were further instructed to dispose of the site, subject to planning consent, to provide 2 x 2,000 square foot family homes.
GLPG were involved throughout the planning process and assisted the vendor in a number of ways, including internal layouts, speaking with neighbours to re-assure them of the scheme and attending various meetings with the LPA.
After presenting the vendor with over ten offers, the vendor accepted an offer 10% over asking price, where an exchange of contracts took place 14-days thereafter.
Shortly after the conditional exchange, the site was awarded detailed planning consent.
GLPG has been instructed to market the completed homes jointly with local agents, Statons.
